I understand that life happens and plans can change. However, at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booked service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (504)-255-3275. If you are running late please notify me. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but after that time, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. No call, no shows and same day cancellations will automatically be charged 50% of the service total. To secure a new appointment date, a $50 deposit will be required. Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times. If you reschedule more than two times, a rescheduling fee of 50% of your original appointment total will be charged in order to secure a new date. A new appointment will require a $50 deposit. There are no refunds on services as this compensates for my time and products. We can discuss a remedy for future services if needed. This policy ensures fairness and helps me to provide the best service possible to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
