I understand that life happens and plans can change. However, at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the booked service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (504)-255-3275. If you are running late please notify me at the earliest convenience. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but after that time, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. No call, no shows and same day cancellations will automatically be charged 50% of the service total. To secure a new appointment date, a 50% deposit of the booked service will be required. Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times. If you reschedule more than two times, a rescheduling fee of 50% of your original appointment total will be charged in order to secure a new date. A new appointment will require a $50 deposit. There are no refunds on services as this compensates for my time and products. We can discuss a remedy for future services if needed. Children ages 12 and older are welcome to receive services. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all parties, please do not bring additional guests or children who are not being serviced. This policy ensures fairness and helps me to provide the best service possible to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
